Initially, our site servicing team scouts the site to ensure that no watermains, sewage or communication lines are on site and if they are our team identifies their locations and thoroughly marks them. This helps ensure our excavating and grading team will be digging in a safe manner and helps significantly reduce errors in the excavating process. Once the excavation has occurred, grading is carried out to ensure that potholes and other defects are removed to ensure a smooth road that will maintain its high quality.

Once grading is carried out, our fine grading team takes over the site to ensure an even better grading and to totally remove any remaining defects. Finally, the Asphalt paving team takes over and ensures that the asphalt is laid out in accordance with the British Standard (BS) 598987. Our close adherence to this standard ensures that the roads built by RUH AL SADARA are of the best quality and last significantly longer than other roads.
